Ice, ice, ice and torn trousers

Posted on 13th February, 2012

Ahoyhoy and happy Monday to you both.

In an effort to share your frosty pain today was spent looking at and mooching about on the Moreno Glacier.

It was icy cold looking at the ice in the rain:

It was icy walking on the ice so crampons were needed (although I swear they were old bear traps):

And finally all this ice was put in its proper place:

Alas all this icy coldness was blown right where I didn´t want it as the sun doesn´t shine there:

I have bought new trousers although to add insult to genital injury I am XXL here; fat bastard - I ate all the empanadas!

I will be heading off to battle the notorious Ruta 40 tomorrow and doubt I´ll be able to blog in but i´ll be using my SPOT gps tracker if that decides it would like to send a signal or two - worry not Sam, Mum & Dad; well at least give it a couple of days and then start worrying please.

TTFN all.
